At T-Shirt Bras, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your new bra doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn bras back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
